In fact, we love the idea of paying you for referrals instead of the tech giants.
We stand firmly against the inconveniences often faced with the typical online shopping experience of today. You won’t find log-ins, mandatory apps, subscriptions, or upfront credit card requirements with us. Our commitment is to price transparency—no hidden fees or misleading "from" prices that inflate at checkout. We won’t lure you with low prices only to hike them up later.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Advanced Payment: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

Cancellation (not including East Africa trips):

61+ days before departure: Full refund, excluding flights, deposit and non-recoverable payments.

31-60 days before departure: 50% refund, excluding the 20% deposit, non-recoverable payments and flights.

30 days or less: No refunds.

Cancellation for East Africa Trips:

75+ days before departure: 75% refund, excluding flights, deposit and non-recoverable payments.

31-74 days before departure: 50% refund, excluding the 25% deposit, non-recoverable payments and flights.

30 days or less: No refunds.

Hotel Rewards and Airline Tickets: We can't guarantee the return of points or voucher values.
Please know we will always do our best to return your money in case of the worst. These policies are designed to ensure a secure and seamless experience for your trip, while also maintaining strong relationships with our trusted partners and suppliers.
Pricing and Payment

Advance Payment: 20% of the travel package price due at booking (25% in East Africa trips).

Balance Payment:

60 days before departure (75 days for East Africa trips).

Immediate payment for bookings within 60 days of departure.

Failure to Pay: A reminder notice will be sent, and failure to pay may result in cancellation and applicable fees.

Additional Fees: Cancellation, processing, and booking amendment fees are due immediately upon invoicing.

Payment Methods: We only accept ACH, wire and bank transfers. Credit card payments are only accepted for trip add-ons under 1,000 USD and remain at the discretion of LuxeAway. Also, flights can only be paid for with bank or wire transfer and payment must be in transit within 24 hours of booking.
