Do you book airplane tickets?
We book airplane tickets for clients who select the classic or reserve tiers. If we purchase the tickets on your behalf, you have 24 hours from our notification to either send ACH Bank Transfer / Wire payment or provide proof of funds in transit. If not, your flight will be canceled. For clients who prefer the comfort tier, we recommend the best flight options and you can purchase the tickets.
What is included in the trips?
The trips include accommodation, regional transport, all activities, entry tickets, airport transfers, breakfast when available, restaurant reservations/recommendations, 24/7 concierge service and visa guidance. For East African Safaris, all meals and drinks are included as well except for premium wine and spirits. For more information, visit our services.
What is not included in the trips?
The trips do not include lunch, dinner, gratuities for your guides/drivers, airfare to get to the destination, travel insurance, any purchases made while on the trip. We are happy to provide a travel insurance quote if needed.

How do I pay for the trip?
Payment must be made via ACH or wire transfer. In all cases, we will send you a payment instructions link by email and possibly text message.
When do I have to pay for the trip?
The payment of a non-refundable deposit that amounts to 20% of the trip total is required in order to proceed to the reservations. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. However, for all East African destinations, the remaining balance is due 75 days prior to departure date.
What's the best way to insure my trip?
We recommend using this company as they will give you several quotes from different travel insurance providers. There you can select the plan that best suit your needs based on cost and coverage. They offer the best prices we've found online with high quality service. If you have questions about the plans, you can call them at any time. If you'd like a quote straight to your email we're happy to send you that as well.
What destinations do you specialize in?
We offer trip planning services in the countries that we know well, love, and have traveled to ourselves to ensure the highest quality of services. As we continue to explore the world, our destination list will regularly be expanded.
How much will my trip cost?
