The best time to visit Japan is during spring (March to May) or fall (September to November) when the weather is mild and pleasant. However, the summer months are ideal for those wanting to enjoy the hot weather on the beaches of Okinawa. The Japanese Alps offer great skiing opportunities from January to March. Also, a special time to visit is during the Cherry Blossom season every April.

Which Japanese airports have direct flights from the US?

Direct flights from the US to Japan commonly serve Tokyo Haneda airport (HND). Expect a travel time of 10 to 13 hours depending on your city of departure.
