Your data belongs to you, period.
In light of growing concerns about companies selling customers’ private data, we thought this would be a good opportunity to first state we will never sell your personal data. We believe in personal and financial privacy and treat all sharing and communications with clients as privileged information.
We only collect the data you give to us through our client information forms, trip builders, emails, texts and phone calls. This data is used to do things like personalize your trips, book your airlines, and check you in for your flights. Sometimes we also use this data to speak with suppliers on your behalf or to retrieve a refund from an airline due to a canceled flight or downgraded ticket. But what we don’t do, and never will, is sell your personal information.
Moreover, we will never send you spam and treat all communication channels as sacred and only to be used for their intended purpose. If you receive a message or email from us, trust it is for a good reason.
We retain your personal information for only as long as necessary to fulfill our duties as your agent on your trip, usually 2-10 days upon returning. Beyond that it is permanently deleted. If you would like us to retain your information for faster future processing, please let us know.
Although possible, we also do not collect browsing or usage data from you. We believe it's a better use of our time and Company resources to provide you with the best possible vacation experience, not track your movements online. So rest assured, your browsing is private and your data is safe at LuxeAway.
